Public Transport

Public transport is something Prague can be also proud of. Compared to other capital cities it’s cheap, efficient and highly integrated. Some say it’s the best organized public transport system in the whole world. Thanks to the city‘s public transport system, you can get everywhere in just a few minutes. It perfectly covers even the furthest hidden corner of Prague almost non-stop. The night transport system works in intervals of 15 minutes (around the centre) and 30 minutes or more (towards the suburbs of Prague). Prague also has three international railway stations and bus stations linked to metro stations. The highway system connects it with other major European destinations.

In addition, Prague is a green city suitable for walking because it offers a great number of tourist attractions on a small area. Museums, restaurants, monuments, relaxation and entertainment - all at your fingertips.
