15.8.2011 — Starting 1 November 2016, support for events in the field of culture and tourism is to be provided by the City of Prague through the applicable grant (subsidy) programmes (see section Grants), in justified cases it is possible to apply for support in the form of Individual Targetted Subsidies as per Section 10a (2) and (3) of Act No. 250/2000 Coll., on the budgetary rules of territorial budgets, as amended.

Záměrem letošního projektu na podporu domácího cestovního ruchu je zdůraznit propojení metropole s filmovou kulturou a pozvat Čechy nejen do pražských kin, ale i na filmové festivaly, výstavy nebo do barrandovských ateliérů. 4.10.2005 — Jménem Prague a sprškou sektu dnes před polednem obdařil letoun Austrian Airlines Group pražský primátor Pavel Bém. Na letištní ploše u Terminálu jih Ruzyňského letiště se stal kmotrem letadla Fokker 100, moderního proudového stroje pro střední vzdálenosti, které bude dobré jméno naší metropole šířit po celé Evropě.

17.4.2008 — River boats did not carry many passengers during the winter months. For the first time in 42 years boat services operated throughout the winter of 1991. The company that had been the sole provider of riverboat services on the Vltava, Dopravní Podnik Praha (Prague Public Transport Authority) once again under its original name Pražská Paroplavební Společnost (Prague Steamboat Company), now had to cope with competitors.
