29.5.2019 — The 21st international festival, "Prague Heart of Nations 2019", is the largest joint event for minorities in the Czech Republic, bringing a wealth of traditions from nations around the world. From the 30th of May to the 3rd of June, the festival will symbolically take place in the heart of Europe - the historical centre of Prague. Since 1999, musicians, singers and dancers have come to the Czech capital to perform traditional folk art from their native countries. This year, Prague will welcome a wide range of artists once again.

14.11.2022 — Pražané, kteří se dostali do exekucí kvůli nesplaceným poplatkům, pokutám či nájmům vůči Magistrátu hl. m. Prahy, jeho městským organizacím či městským částem, mají v těchto dnech poslední možnost využít akce Milostivé léto II a zaplatit mnohem menší dluh. Ze strany dlužníků je o akci i tentokrát velký zájem, končí však už 30. listopadu 2022. Hlavní město při této příležitosti spustilo informační kampaň, k dispozici je stále také bezplatná linka 800 100 000.

30.9.2020 — As part of the 10th year of the Fotograf Festival, The Josef Sudek Studio in the Lesser Town of Prague is hosting an exhibition by the German photographer Sabine Reinfeld entitled 'Imaginable I, Obsessive Objects X Obsessive I, Imaginable Objects'. The exhibition takes place until the 11th of October. The aim of the tenth Fotograf Festival is to give space to works that create or address an encounter with the other and to resurrect the function that can be attributed in this way to documentary photography and motion picture.
