7.9.2010 — Praha zahájila rozsáhlou transformaci bytového fondu. Záměrem je při ní odprodat stávajícím nájemníkům až 5 000 bytů. Získané finance hodlá využít na získání nových bytů. Do transformace budou zařazeny byty pro město jen obtížně využitelné, například ty s nájemní smlouvou na dobu neurčitou a nebo náročné na údržbu. „Největší množství těchto bytů, které chceme nabídnout k odprodeji, je na Černém mostě, Barrandově a Stodůlkách,“ přiblížil radní pro bytovou oblast Jiří Janeček, který společně s náměstkem primátora Pavlem Klegou návrh předkládal. Jejich návrh Rada hlavního města Prahy dnes odsouhlasila.

27.10.2020 — Technická správa komunikací hl. m. Prahy (TSK) announced two public contracts for the restoration of Prague's Libeň Bridge, management of the construction and coordination of the entire project. The aim of the first contract is to select a supplier of the construction works and related design and engineering services. The selection process will be carried out in accordance with the FIDIC - Yellow Book conditions (Design & Build project type). The second public contract aims to find a suitable construction manager and project coordinator.
