14.2.2019 — Lovers of Nordic movies are certainly looking forward to this year's annual festival Nordic Film Winter. Running from the 14th to the 19th of February 2019, the festival will offer 26 movies from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Lithuania. For six of them, it will be their Czech premiere! All films are subtitled in English. The traditional feast Nordic and Baltic film production is coming to Czech and Moravian cinemas for the ninth time, with 22 cinemas from all over the country taking part in the event.

4.10.2019 — On the 5th of October, Prague Botanical Garden will host 'Slamák' festival, where you can 'experience the countryside in Prague'. Come to enjoy country life, have fun, relax and eat food fresh from the farm, all in a relaxed atmosphere.

5.3.2009 — Dnes odpoledne odstartovala v centru Prahy kulturně-gastronomická akce Ochutnejte Evropu, která doprovodí Evropský summit regionů a měst. Slavnostního zahájení se zúčastnil primátor hlavního města Prahy Pavel Bém spolu s předsedou Výboru regionů Lucem Van den Brandem. Festival potrvá do soboty 7. března.

22.9.2009 — Městská rada dnes zrušila s účinností ke dni 22. 9. 2009 komisi Rady hl. m. Prahy pro udělování grantů hl. m. Prahy v oblasti kultury a umění, zřídila komisi novou a jmenovala její členy.
