16.9.2022 — Napínavý příběh absolutní lásky režíruje autor Martin Františák. Premiéra 24. září, reprízy následují 26. září, a 8. a 31. října 2022.

10.3.2020 — 'Greetings from Fukushima' is a German drama which will be screened on the 11th of March in the Goethe-Institut in Prague. The award-winning film deals with the consequences of a nuclear disaster and interpersonal relationships.

14.2.2019 — Lovers of Nordic movies are certainly looking forward to this year's annual festival Nordic Film Winter. Running from the 14th to the 19th of February 2019, the festival will offer 26 movies from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Lithuania. For six of them, it will be their Czech premiere! All films are subtitled in English. The traditional feast Nordic and Baltic film production is coming to Czech and Moravian cinemas for the ninth time, with 22 cinemas from all over the country taking part in the event.

17.7.2020 — The sixth annual film festival Das Sommerkino screens films from Germany, Austria and Switzerland during the summer holiday season. The screenings take place every Tuesday and Thursday in July, and every Monday and Wednesday in August. Das Sommerkino offers the best recent German language films with free admission. The films on the festival's programme were mostly successful at previous years of Das Filmfest, and won a number of prestigious international awards. The films which deal with current topics, insights into the recent past, as well as historical films will please cinema goers in Prague. Those who appreciate fine arts and architecture will also enjoy this year's programme. A total of 18 films will be screened, which will be a kind of preparation for the traditional autumn film festival Das Filmfest.

19.5.2025 — Vedení této prestižní instituce s více než dvousetletou tradicí se ujme od 23. června 2025.

16.2.2023 — Pražský nadační audiovizuální fond (dříve Nadační fond Praha ve filmu Prague Film Fund) podpořil ve Výzvě 2022/1 šest projektů, které se natáčely nebo budou natáčet v hlavním městě. Rozdělil mezi ně nadační příspěvky v celkové výši 5,65 milionu korun. Praha podle podmínek podpory musí v těchto audiovizuálních dílech představovat sebe samu a projekty musejí mít zajištěnou mezinárodní distribuci.

11.6.2019 — From the 12th to the 14th of June, the first English language theatre festival FEST-END (Festival of English-Speaking Drama) will take place in Švanda Theatre in Prague.
