1.2.2019 — Over the course of the year, The City of Prague Museum is preparing a total of six exhibitions. These exhibitions will show Prague past, with interesting historical crafts, as well as present-day Prague, with photographs by a well-known photographer. The museum has permanent displays, such as the archaeological collection in the main building, which is the museum's biggest collection and mostly comes from the museum's archaeological research. Collections of applied art are also valuable, including a high-quality collection of graphics. The most valuable part of this collection is the vedute, which are views of Prague, including its squares, individual street, important buildings, emerging suburbs and natural surroundings outside the city's baroque fortifications. Visitors can also admire these views in Langweil's model of Prague, which contains more than 2,000 buildings on a 1:480 scale, with all the fine details of facades, courtyards, gardens and farm outhouses belonging to buildings. In the case of many demolished historical buildings, Langweil's model of Prague is the only physical record of their appearance.

9.7.2020 — This summer, you can admire the painter Eva Erbsová's works in the lobby of the Škoda Palace. The painter exhibits regularly in the Škoda Palace, one of Prague City Hall's buildings, in recent years. This time, she selected paintings inspired by exhibits of the National Technical Museum in Prague in Letná.

23.5.2020 — The Jewish Museum is one of the most significant tourist destinations in Prague. Since its reopening after the closure due to the coronavirus pandemic, you can enjoy the world-famous sites and exhibitions for a reduced entrance fee for a limited time.

30.6.2019 — As part of its hundredth anniversary celebrations, the National Technical Museum is offering reductions on admission prices on Thursday, the 5th of July. The museum is the largest Czech institution that specialises in technical collections, and it was founded on the 5th of July 1908 as the Technical Museum of the Bohemian Kingdom. Currently, its collections are in 14 permanent exhibitions and a number of temporary exhibitions.

28.2.2022 — Memorandum o vzájemné spolupráci mezi hlavním městem Prahou a Vysokou školou uměleckoprůmyslovou v Praze (UMPRUM) bylo dnes podepsáno na půdě Magistrátu hl. m. Prahy. Slavnostního aktu se zúčastnili radní hl. m. Prahy pro oblast školství a sportu Vít Šimral a rektor UMPRUM Jindřich Vybíral. Obě strany podpisem potvrdily svůj zájem rozvíjet vzájemnou spolupráci, a to zejména v oblasti rozvoje kulturních a kreativních průmyslů i na výstavních a vzdělávacích projektech. Už minulé pondělí samotné memorandum schválili pražští radní.
