Description of building:
The building Lázeňská 11 underwent a complex structurally-historical development of gradual adhesion of several houses from the middle ages. In it there are vast Gothic cellars and a number of interiors from later stylistic periods, of which particularly valuable, even unique, are the compactly preserved historic interiors on the 2nd floor. As well as this there are many Baroque doors in the building, along with valuable historical parquet floors, and also for example the structural development of layers of fresco paintings.
Success from the viewpoint of heritage site care:
MHMP-OPP valuated the extraordinarily approach to horizontal and vertical structures and the preservation of rough floors and backfills during the renovation of the building Lázeňská 11. There was a large-area renovation and restoration of former Baroque decorations, surfaces and pargeting. From the viewpoint of heritage site care, the formation of true copies of historical doors, inside windows and filling elements is considered as being successful.
There was also a subsequent preservation of the historical spatial arrangement of the building with a minimum of new partitions and demolition, and a preservation of cellars in their former use without restorational or other public fittings.
