Limitations in Prague City Hall
Prague City Hall is limiting its services and is operating exclusively at the counters. New City Hall is closed, and these changes will also affect the City Council's activities.
Prague City Hall is limiting its operations and public services to counter offices, from Monday the 16th of March until further notice. The New City Hall building in Mariánské Square is closed, except for the cafeteria and office hours in some City Hall buildings are limited. For example, the Škoda Palace is operating only on Wednesdays from 1pm to 4pm.
Prague City Hall asks the public to communicate via electronic forms, such as the data box, where possible. Prague City Hall is introducing these preventive measures to reduce direct contact with the public and to minimise the spread of the new coronavirus. Measures are also put in place regarding workers who need to stay at home to take care of their children.
